The Insurance Supervision Agency is the supervisory institution for the insurance industry in Slovenia.
Its primary objective is to protect policyholders and other insurance beneficiaries (consumers).
With stress tests completed in 2014, the Slovenian insurance market is stable, its insurers are able to fulfil their obligations and they have sufficient capital at their disposal.
